Coaching

Coaching focuses on the client's concerns and how to best support them in successfully addressing those issues. Various techniques help to identify patterns, expand options for action, and utilize resources effectively. The frequency of sessions is determined individually.

I offer one-day workshops for managers (max. 10 participants) that focus on achieving the desired goal. The agenda is agreed upon in advance.

The workshops are designed to be interactive, combining structured discussions with shifts in perspective and short working phases in small groups. A particularly important component is the concluding session, which includes clear results, insights, and impulses for everyday work. Participants receive a written summary with clearly defined action items, including a timeline and an agreement on next steps.
