Workshop
I offer one-day workshops for managers (max. 10 participants) where the focus is on achieving the desired goal. The agenda is agreed upon in advance.
The workshops are designed to be interactive, combining structured discussions with perspective shifts and short working phases in small groups. A particularly important component is the concluding session, which includes clear results, insights, and impulses for everyday work. Participants receive a written summary with clearly defined action plans, including timelines and agreed-upon next steps.
